Information about the shipment
Our courier for all shipments is  TNT.
Delivery times include only working days and do not include Sundays or holidays.
Shipment from this website is only possible in Italy. The courrier does not allow delivery to P.O. Boxes and General Delivery.
Tracking shipments
Shipment of the order can be monitored through the tracking number (shipment identification number) provided by the courier.
Once the order is carried out, the tracking number can be consulted from the My Orders section present in My Account.
The data of the shipment will be sent by e-mail.
The courier delivers  from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot arrange appointments.
The courier will attempt to make the delivery for two consecutive working days, leaving a note each time with a telephone number in order to contact him, whenever the order is not delivered.
Undelivered orders will be sent back to our headquarters.


To send a request:
a. Enter the My Orders section in the My Account area and click on “Carry out a return";
b. Fill out the respective form.
In order for the request to be successful:
a. You can return any product purchased from our store within 10 working days of the delivery date;
b. Ensure that the jewelry is in the same condition in which it was received, put back in its packaging and complete with all the accompanying materials;
c. Put the jewelry back into its original packaging;
d. Reserve pickup of the package by contacting TNT at 199 803 868 within 10 working days of the delivery date. The courier will pick up the package wherever this is requested;
e. Apply the preprinted and prepaid TNT label on the envelope and deliver the package to the courier. The return will be insured against theft or loss during transport.
If you have lost the label used to reserve the shipment, you can request another one from TNT, which will be provided at the time of the pickup.

Currently it is not possible to offer product replacement.
The return will be accepted exclusively when the procedure mentioned above has been respected.
If the return does not comply with the conditions listed, a refund will not be possible and the package will be sent back.
The status of the return can be checked in the My Orders section present in the My Account area.
You can send the return only from the country in which the order was carried out.
You can choose a different courier from TNT. In that case, return expenses and any theft or loss will be directly at the customer's expense.
When the return is accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent within 3 working days of the date of delivery of the return to our headquarters.
Status of the return
After having received the return and checked that all the requirements have been respected, we will send you a summary e-mail.
The refund will include the cost of the returned products and the delivery expenses for the order.
A fixed sum equal to the initial shipment expenses will be withheld. In the case of pickup at our headquarters, the return will be free of charge.
For purchases made with a credit card or a debit card, the necessary time for the refund to appear depends on the card's issuer.
The value date of the refund will be in any case the same as that of the charge; therefore, there will be no loss in terms of bank interest.
