- The language used for executing the contract with the Seller is Italian.
- After the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your purchase order.
- The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or in the case of the unavailability of products. In these cases we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products featured on are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, the Seller will notify you promptly, and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following that on which you submitted your order to the Seller, of the unavailability of the products ordered. - The seller shall not sell used or irregular products, or products whose quality is inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
- The essential characteristics of the products are shown on on each product page. The images and colours of products offered for sale on may not correspond exactly to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.
- Product prices may be subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
- Purchase requests from countries not included among those shown in the order summary will not be accepted by the Seller.


- Payment of the price of products and of their related shipping and delivery costs shall be made using one of the procedures indicated in the order form.
- If paying by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of the credit/debit card or its expiry date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to the Banca del Fucino or to other banks which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties in any way having access to it. Such information will also never be used by the Seller, nor by the person responsible for the custody and processing of personal data, except to carry out the procedures relating to your purchase or to issue the relevant refunds in case of any product returns, as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the police any commission of fraud on The price for the purchase of products, as well as the  shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account at the time of shipment of the products purchased.

- You have the right to cancel your contract with the Seller, without penalty and without giving a reason, within fourteen (14) working days of the date of receipt of products purchased on It is not possible, however, to exchange the item chosen with another.
- To cancel the contract, we recommend you use the Return Form that you will find in the “My Orders” section in the “My Account” area of the portal, but you can send the notification using the method of your preference.
- If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you must return the products to the Seller, delivering them to the carrier for shipment within fourteen working days from date you exercised the right of withdrawal.
- The only expenses charged to you are those for the return of purchased products.
- If you decide to use the carrier indicated by the Seller in the Return Form provided, however, you shall not have to personally pay the costs, at your expense, to return the purchased products. The payment of the costs to return the products will be made on your behalf directly by Seller, which will free you from any payment obligation towards the shipper. For the aforementioned payment, the Seller will withhold from your refund a lump sum equal to the costs previously incurred for the shipping and delivery to your home address of the products purchased. Moreover, once the products have been given to the carrier indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, the Seller will exempt you  from any liability in the case of loss or damage of the products during transport.
- If you decide to use a carrier other than that indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you must personally pay the costs, at your expense, to return the purchased products. In this case, the cost previously incurred for the delivery to your home address of the products purchased will be refunded, but any liability for any loss or damage of the products during transport will remain at your expense.
- Besides compliance with the terms and procedures described in paragraph 7.1., the Right of Withdrawal is deemed to be properly exercised only if the following conditions are fully respected:
The withdrawal notification or the Return Form must be properly completed; The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; The products must be returned in their original packaging.
- If the right of withdrawal exercised in conformity with the procedures and time limits described in this paragraph 7, the Seller shall refund the amounts already paid for the purchase of products in accordance with the procedures provided in paragraph 8 below.

- In the event of failure to observe the procedures and terms for the exercise of your right of withdrawal as specified in paragraph 7 above, you will be notified that you are not entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller, but you shall be entitled, upon your request and at your expense, to have returned to you the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller can keep the products in addition to the amount you already paid for their purchase.
- After the return of the products, and in the event that checks regarding the conformity of the products with the conditions and terms set out in paragraph 7 are successfully completed, the Seller will send you confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.
- The amounts will be refunded to you within 14 days from the date on which the product is back in the actual possession of the Seller.
- In the event of the right of withdrawal being exercised, if there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products specified in the order form and the person who has paid the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the amounts will in every case be issued by the Seller to the person who made the payment.
- The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit.
